Program Overview
Life Lab is an educational workshop series established by the Opportunity & Equity Foundation to teach practical, age-appropriate life skills that help individuals with disabilities build confidence, increase independence, and successfully navigate everyday life. The Foundation created Life Lab to address the need for hands-on instruction in essential daily living skills that are often necessary for successful independent living, employment, community participation, and overall quality of life.
